Uh oh. Stand back. This is the first official One Floor Up newsletter………… Please be gentle.

It’s February and as any self-respecting Seinfeld fan knows, it’s too late to say Happy New Year, but it’s still the beginning of the year and we couldn’t be more excited for what 2018 has in store for us and our clients. But first, let’s take a quick step back to the end of last year.

2017 was incredible for the One Floor Up. We launched a brand new website, thanks to the fantastic Laura Kottlowski and her team.  We had arguably our best year yet, not only professionally, with incredible growth from 2016, elevating the level of our work with new and existing clients. We also had a sensational year personally. There were babies born, houses bought, weddings and even engagements! We also added a fantastic new team member, Jana Everett – our Lead Actualizer. Sidenote: we have no idea what that means, but it sounds cool and honestly as good as she is, she can call herself whatever the hell she wants.

And now onto 2018. We’ve got some exciting projects coming down the pipe. First and foremost, we’ve just wrapped an awesome, super-secret project with our newest B2C client, Crocs. We can’t unveil, the finished product just yet, but we promise once you see it, you’ll be saying, “That’s Crocs? Get the **** outta here.” Speaking of B2C, we’re preparing to push the One Floor Up flavor into more B2C content. Hint, hint, potential B2C clients….

We’ve also started working with software powerhouses Trimble and CA Technologies on quite a few projects and can’t wait to develop these relationships further. We’ve been lucky to work with several large, multi-national companies in our 6 year history and look forward to helping more clients like this streamline their messaging and make some stellar content for their audiences.

If that weren’t enough, we’ve also added event production services and experiential marketing to our bag of tricks. We can’t wait to get our current and future clients on board in these exciting areas.

2018 is shaping up to be a fantastic year and we look forward to doing some incredible work.
